Is there parking?
Yes, there is free onsite parking available.
Can I take my items the on the same day I place my order?
Unfortunately same day pick up isn't available. Once your order is placed, we'll get it ready for you as quickly as possible and be in touch to let you know when it's good to go.
How do I click & collect?
1. Order online
Select "Click & collect - Showroom" at checkout.
2. We'll notify you
You'll receive an email once your order is ready - usually within 1–2 business days.
3. Collect in store
Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) to the front desk.
Do I need to book to visit the showroom?
No - all customers are welcome to visit our showroom during opening hours. If you're a trade customer, you can book a private session with our team for a more dedicated experience.
Are all products available to view in the showroom?
