Where is my order coming from and who is sending it?

All products are in stock and ready to ship from our Melbourne warehouse. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size, weight, and location of the order. We can not guarantee that we will use a specific courier for your order.

From the moment you place your order;

Cooper & Co. will process and dispatch your order the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

I have my tracking number but there has been no update?

Once we have handed your order to the designated courier there can be a delay between the next step of your order being processed through their facilities, in some cases this can take up to 5 business days and we cannot provide updates on tracking until the courier has scanned your order into their depot.

Once your order has been scanned into the courier's depot you should now be able to follow the rest of the journey through their tracking portals.

It's been 10 business days and I have received no update.

In a worst-case scenario if there is no update to your order tracking please contact hello@cooperandco.com.au with your:
Name & Order Number (COO)

We will investigate and resend your order or refund you in full if required.

How long should I expect to wait for my order to be delivered?

Please note delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Please expect delays during peak periods such as Public Holidays, EOFY, Black Friday & Boxing Day.
