Great frame, need to rethink courier company

"Ordered 2x A1 frames. Actual frames are great - well made, solid framework, nice gold colour - however courier company needs a review as one frame arrived completely smashed. I could hear broken glass inside the box as soon as I picked it up from outside my door so find it hard to believe the driver didn’t as well, and yet they chose to leave it and not say anything. I contacted the courier company but they have completely ignored my complaint. For this reason, I don’t think I’d risk ordering online again, which is a shame as they are nice frames."

"Well these small 15x15cm frames are a bit outside my experience as I normally purchase 90x60cm or A1 frames for my artwork. No need to worry, Cooper & Co delivered a quality product yet again and the new frames are perfect for what was needed. When certain sizes/products have been sold out I have (only a couple of times) tried alternative brands and I have always without fail been somewhere between disappointed and furious. In future I’ll wait for Cooper & Co to restock. Absolutely dependable. Thanks Simon B"
