Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns must be in original condition and original packaging. All returns must be shipped to 63 Fairchild Street, Heatherton, 3202 Victoria.

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at hello@cooperandco.com.au prior to following any of the steps below.

Return Option 1 – Customer Pays Postage

The first option is for the customer to pay for the postage to return the unit to us. One of the benefits of this is that it is usually cheaper than if we book the collection for you. With this option, once we receive the stock back to our warehouse, we will refund you for the full purchase amount minus the 15% restocking fee.

Return Option 2 – Cooper & Co. Pays Postage

The second option is we can organise the collection of the order from you. For this, we will send you a return label that must be attached to the box prior to collection (this will require a printer). Once the original order has returned to our warehouse, we will refund you the order value minus the cost of collection and minus the 15% restocking fee.

Change of Mind

If you have received your order and you find it is not suitable for your space, please refer to Return Options 1 or 2.

Damages

Please inspect your order on arrival and if there are any damages or issues with the order, please get in contact with us immediately at hello@cooperandco.com.au and attach a photo of the issue. We will be able to work out a resolution for you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the product and then place a new order once the refund has come back into your account.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to return to our customers' accounts. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@cooperandco.com.au.
