What is the minimum order value?
Our Minimum Order Value is $1,000.00 not inclusive of freight. We don't process any orders until after we have accessed the size and quoted the freight costs. Once we have a freight cost we will send you an updated invoice, once it is paid we will ship your order
Do you ship overseas?
No, we only ship across Australia.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. After calculating freight and adding it to your order we will process your order within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number and follow this for delivery of your goods. This can be up to 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I collect my order?
- We offer collections from our Melbourne warehouse, we will have an option for you to select collection at check-out and once the order is paid in full, we will organise a staff member to contact you with our full address, date and time for collection.
How can I minimize costs?
Please ensure you specify if you have a warehouse location and a forklift onsite, this will help speed up our delivery process and avoid hand unloading fees. We have to charge an extra fee for orders without forklifts to unload.
